"EPISODE SEVEN (7)"
One afternoon, Mrs. Blezy Henry called me to her room.
"Why did you call me?" I asked.
She didn't hide it. She went straight to the point.
"My husband wants another child!" she said.
I hissed and was about using the door. But she blocked me.
"I can't do that again!" I hinted.
"Please!" she begged.
I was dumbfounded.
"My husband expects me to be pregnant in a couple of weeks..." she continued.
"And how does that concerns me?" I cut in.
She replied,
"If I fail to get pregnant, he may go the doctor. If he finds out that he is an impotent, that would be big trouble!"
"Then deal with it! Just let me be!" I cried.
"Stop acting like a kid Wiszey..." she said.
I wanted to scream but before I knew it, she had pushed me on the bed.
Again I became weak.
Her influence was just too powerful on me...and I lost control of myself until the did was done.
"Wiszey!" she called.
I didn't answer.
"Thank you!" she said.
I still didn't answer.
I was ashamed of myself. I wore my trouser and walked out.
When I came out, I was shocked to see Gift sitting on their verandah. She was crying.
She saw me but didn't say a word.
I didn't talk to her either.
"But why was she silent?" I asked myself.
When I got inside my room, I noticed that I forgot my boxer in Mrs. Bleszy Henry's room.
That evening, I asked Mrs. Bleszy Henry to check for my boxer around her bed.
She told me she checked thoroughly but couldn't find it.
Who else could have taken my boxer?
I know Mrs. Bleszy Henry's husband very well; if he had seen another man's boxer in his room, there would have been a serious argument between him and his wife that evening.
OMG! There's one other person who could have taken my boxer... Gift!
Withing seconds,
several questions rang in my brain.
Could Gift have seen her mum and I together?
Could it be the reason she was crying?
Could it be why she didn't talk to me?
